@bijouxbroussard it is funny one of my three kids hates them, the other 2 love them. We used to try to fool her and tell.hrrbitbwas chicken parmigiana. We haven't chatted recently.
@bijouxbroussardI didn’t like it until my mom made it and I tried hers as a teen. I learned that I only like eggplant parm sliced very thin with breadcrumbs. My daughter is the same and won’t eat it unless I make it. I found two places that make it similar. One where I went to college, 45 mins from me and the other closest it can be to my neighborhood. My daughter won’t even try it though lol. Now I guess I acquired a taste for it other ways too.
