Are you a fan of Eggplant? The food 🤨

Finally made eggplant rollatini again 😋 I like mine toasty w/extra sauce.. It’s so good, but just so time consuming to make!

A thin slice pepper jack under the mozz/prov blend 😋 I have proof my arteries are clear btw 😅

There’s a piece of chicken in here too..

I love my mom but when I was a kid she made an eggplant casserole and my portion had a worm inside. I never trusted her cooking nor eggplants ever again HAHA

@Longpatrol Omg what 😳😩😆 if there were any worms in my eggplant, I would know, I slice it so thin- Idk anyone else slices it as thin as I do.
