Taco salad…finally

I had cleaned and shredded lettuce, chopped peppers and black olives, prepared elote (corn), seasoned ground turkey, black & pinto beans

Dressed with light chipotle sauce.

May not look "cookbook pretty", but I’m happy with how it tastes.

@bijouxbroussard I think I'll make that soon! I typically make them in a flour tortilla but this way is lighter! Do you also add shredded cheese? The dressing sounds yummy.

@Coralmist Yes, in fact I do have some shredded cheese. I’ll add that when I have some tomorrow.
