It was an awful day so I wanted to make soup for comfort

I made veggie beef soup in the Instant Pot and made egg noodles to serve it over. Bf's daughter had two bowls!!! ☺

@Vin53 I used plant based steak pieces, veg broth, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, and a lot of herbs and spices.
