For lunch I made moussaka - Greek Lasagna 🥘🥘🍆

@smiler2012 unlike typical lasagna, moussaka doesn't involve lasagna sheets. It is fried eggplants, potatoes, minced meat sorted as separate layers..and then hell lot of cheese melted in bechamel sauce poured on top. And then baked to perfection.

@Primnproper Same, not so fond of eggplants unless they are cooked this way, proper ratatouille or turkish eggplant rolls. Removing the skin and the seeds also helps get rid of the bitter flavor I dislike. I am a very picky eater.
