Looks delicious although I’m not over keen on aubergines..
Stew looks scrumptious.

@Primnproper Same, not so fond of eggplants unless they are cooked this way, proper ratatouille or turkish eggplant rolls. Removing the skin and the seeds also helps get rid of the bitter flavor I dislike. I am a very picky eater.
