Japanese pork soup (tonjiru)

With thin sliced pork belly or shoulder, potatoes, carrots, daikon, napa cabbage, gobo root, shiitake, miso, a touch of sesame oil, garnished with chopped green onions.

It’s like the heartiest most satisfying miso soup. So fucking good!!!😋
