Made these at lunchtime. 200g Oats 100g plain flour or oat flour One large grated carrot Handful of sultanas 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger and nutmeg 250ml milk 2 tbsps maple syrup Mix all together before baking for 30 mins at 160 until golden brown on top.
