Because of high anxiety I had to give up caffeine. Almost a month clean. :( I miss it.

@Samek That sucks. Caffeine is not good for those that suffers with anxiety.

@Samek I was probably drinking two pots a day when I was a retail manager, and all of a sudden it just HIT me...and I started having anxiety attacks, also. For a year or two, I had to be careful not to take cold medicine with certain ingredients, and couldn't eat chocolate, or drink caffeinated beverages, or even eat things containing sugar.
THEN I learned how to stop and calm myself when the attacks first began. If you can cool your jets within the first minute, you can actually make the attack stop.

@4meAndyou got good at breathing over the years but had a 5 day anxiety attack earlier in the month and it was intense. Had no idea why until I was able to self reflect. A lot of stress in a short amount of time and I must have overdone it with caff/nic on top of it all. On HBP meds now, month free from caff. Still haven't kicked the nic or sugar... One thing at a time.
