I’m gonna cook an all-day Italian meat sauce today πŸ‘©β€πŸ³

Real simple recipe too. It only requires a diced onion, ground beef and pork, several crushed tomatoes, some dry red wine, a couple Parmesan rinds and salt and pepper to taste. That’s it! The only catch is that it takes a minimum of four hours to cook and bring all the delicious heartiness together. But once it’s done, you can use it for a bunch of different dishes, like stuffed shells, lasagna, spaghetti (what I’ll be using mine for), etc. It’s one of those sauces you got to make a day out of, but it’ll be so worth all that time once it’s done. πŸ˜‹
