The recipe is simple, boiled starchy potatoes, mayo, a touch of mustard, salt, pepper, celery salt, and sliced boiled eggs.

@NativePortlander1970 They had secrets to make it taste special.🤷♂ Have never been able to duplicate it exactly.
@UnderLockDown Don't try to duplicate it, make it your own, play around with it.
@UnderLockDown I roast the potato chunks to crispy after tossing lightly in seasoned olive oil, then mix the egg yolk in with the mayo and mustard before tossing it with the sliced boiled egg.
