What is your go to potluck dish? Is it better than my famous big mac salad?

I dice up romaine and cabbage and use those fast food pickles but leave them whole. I sprinkle those into the salad mixture then add sharp cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes.

Then comes the meat. I season it liberally with salt and pepper and that's it.

Mix it all together and drizzle thousand island dressing on it and boom that's it.

My grandma's potato salad. God I miss that.

That sounds really good!! I don't do "go to" recipes. The last few times I've been to potlucks, I brought different things.

One of the best accidents I ever had was when I burned the outside of the banana bread I was taking to a potluck, and made an almond chocolate chocolate chip banana bread custard out of it.

5 Cheese Mac and cheese, Curd cheese, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterrey Jack, and sprinkled with Parmesan to give it a nice crust when baked in the oven, will more often than not use some other pasta than Macaroni, such as Penne or Rotini and will sometimes put some turkey bacon on top, yummy stuff and very popular!

I always changed it up. Sometimes a salad, sometimes desserts or Mexican cornbread etc

What meat? Is it raw?

The one i made today was pretty good. It was Bok Choy stir fry and I added black olives and crushed pistachios nuts on top

Toasted english muffin with butter. I can put any leftover mets or sauces on it including lunch meat or just jelly
