What is everyone making for dinner?

I had some odd craving for sausage and peppers because I was having flashbacks of the San Gennaro festival I guess haha. But I can't eat basic sausage so I had to clean it up and use chicken. Three colors of peppers and onions and garlic and deglazed with Pinot noir. Let's see if Prunella likes it. 😁

I plan to make a baked creamed spinach with nutmeg, and have that with a bit of chicken and mixed veg in onion sauce.

@Royrogers It was all very good. The creamed spinach probably should have baked for a half hour more, because it was a bit undercooked, but the flavor was lovely!
