Get wings. Fry in peanut oil for approximately 14 minutes. Toss in a sauce that is half frank’s red hot and half butter. Oil in pan needs to be deep enough to immerse The wings. Heat should be at medium on a burner. Make sure they are dry before You put them in the oil

Get some wings. Toss 'em in a bowl with oil salt and pepper. Cook at 425 for around twenty minutes on parchment or a rack turning once. They're done once a toothpick comes out easily but don't be afraid to overcook since they're getting sauced.

Meanwhile mix 1/3 cup frank's red hot (or whatever), 1/2 cup butter, and a few tablespoons of white vinegar and heat on the stove. Toss the wings in the sauce.

Check wings for feathers and remove.
Cut up and debone as desired
Dry the wings with paper towels.
Apply a thin costing of oil, salt, and pepper and/or dry rub blend.
Place on sheet pan with space between wings and roast at 400° till done (165°F internal temp). About 45 minutes.
Coat with sauce or serve with sauce on the side.

Air fryer is a good alternative to the oven.
Either deep fry or bake the wings. The sauce can be a variety of things. I use Frank's hot sauce or other hot sauce brand. To that I add a pat of butter, some garlic powder, some brown sugar, a splash of red wine vinegar. Heat it over medium high heat then when the wings are ready, I pour the mixture over the wings and toss them in it.

If you're going to bake your wings, rub a little baking powder on them. It will help draw the moisture out resulting in a crisper wing. Jus don't use too much. A Tbsp for 10-15 should be good

Deep fried wings. Then put some buffalo sauce in a bowl, put the wings in the same bowl and give it a shake and twirl. Bam! Buffalo wings
