Get some wings. Toss 'em in a bowl with oil salt and pepper. Cook at 425 for around twenty minutes on parchment or a rack turning once. They're done once a toothpick comes out easily but don't be afraid to overcook since they're getting sauced.
Meanwhile mix 1/3 cup frank's red hot (or whatever), 1/2 cup butter, and a few tablespoons of white vinegar and heat on the stove. Toss the wings in the sauce.
