Coffee is a harsh drug. Nearly everyone is addicted, and to the point where they deny it is a drug, they just need it.
I quit more than 15 years ago and don't miss it.

My bf has at least 8 very strong coffees a day and doesn't sleep very well. I wish he'd cut back or switch to tea.

I dont drink coffee after lunch for the same reason. Seei g people from yoiur past ... very common appearntly.

I gave up coffee and alcohol 10 years ago Dr's orders if i didn't do what he said i wouldn't be here now

I only have most of a cup of coffee on the commute to work. The adrenaline I get comes from my morning workouts, not coffee.

Regardless, I don’t remember dreams well and rarely have.

I have coffee only once a week. I could never imagine having it everyday. It makes me feel sick. But once in a while is ok.

I tend to remember my dreams when I only get 3-4 hours of sleep...which means I usually have coffee in the morning. I generally don't remember my dreams if I get 6-7hours of sleep.

Coffee has nothing to do with it. I drink coffee and can remember most of my dreams, even when half asleep at the time.

Wait, wait, hang on. How much coffee did you use to drink before and how often?

Curious what amount affects mind's though process and creativity.
