What type of coffee do you drink in the morning? Espresso? Brewed? Latte? Capp?Americano? Other?

@Nobody00 what substitute do you use? I'm on coffee as it feels therapeutic for my stress, lack of focus,worries. Helps me think clearly

@Nobody00 I used to workout a lot. Now I can't do coffee helps release all those endorphins my body needs

@mysteryespresso I get it totally. Trust me. But my skin is more imporrant ...so... had to let it go and buy a big bag of natural just cacao...Hot cacao I like it too.

@sassypants it’s -25c this morning with some wind on top of that. But, it’s a far cry warmer than last week when we were -40c

@SethGreene531 isn't instant coffee bad for health? You might use some beans and make coffee at home. Moka pots come cheap, make good coffee

@mysteryespresso More than likely. Excepting good espresso, most coffee resembles radiator fluid anyway, and been linked to liver cancer.

Pots and makers are cheap, but my beans never turn out, and I just couldn't be bothered 5 AM.
