Doubtful. There is one who lives in my city and he was a business person. He was breaking into apartments and raping young women. He got convicted and served his time, is a registered sex offender. There are women claiming he is going to nightclubs and trying to put date rape drugs into women’s drinks. He just changed his tactics is all.

@cherokeepatti do you still see him?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Subalugirl I have never seen him. He made the news and went to prison and got out and moved right back here. People recognize him and are posting about him.

From Google:
“Yes, research indicates that sex offenders can be rehabilitated through treatment programs, specifically those incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy and relapse prevention techniques. While not all offenders respond to treatment in the same way, studies show that those who complete treatment programs have significantly lower recidivism rates compared to those who do not.”
Sounds like mumbo jumbo, saying yes, then ending the phrase stating those tgat go through the treatment have a lower rate? Take it for what it’s worth…
