8 years ago a Guy who used to be a loan shark had raped my mom as she had borrowed money from him for her shop, I met him recently when he opended a resturant near my mom's shop.

Doubtful. There is one who lives in my city and he was a business person. He was breaking into apartments and raping young women. He got convicted and served his time, is a registered sex offender. There are women claiming he is going to nightclubs and trying to put date rape drugs into women’s drinks. He just changed his tactics is all.
@Subalugirl I have never seen him. He made the news and went to prison and got out and moved right back here. People recognize him and are posting about him.
