Like as a main component? Lasagna, brisket mac n cheese, any kind of spruced up mac n cheese, scallop potatoes or potatoes au gratin, fettuccine Alfredo. Anything savory with cheese is my favorite 🤣

Lobster Pasta with Cheese and green onions. The cheese sauce is made with Danish Havarti and cheddar. The pasta is cavatappi. LOTS of big chunks of lobster.

Its a swiss dish where cooked potatoes and stuff are covered with cheese and a hot gizmo melts it all over everything.
