I splurge, tonight I got filet Mignon, then wrapped it in a pastry cell.
After searing, the edges coating and dijon mustard gave it kind of a beef wellington on the cheap side

@TryingtoLava oh I love leaf spinach I just didn't have the money to buy any right now and this was a quick delivery to put food in the fridge but it is heart of romaine and baby kale so at least it's something healthy
