Brisket, Pulled Pork, and BBQ Chicken

Can we discuss how overrated these three meats are for BBQ?

BBQ Chicken - Chicken is always dry inside. Fried chicken is the ONLY appropriate way to eat this.

Pulled Pork - Pulled Pork Sandwiches are so overrated as fuck. They don't make you full and they taste sweet. I like spicy. Pulled Pork is ONLY the best when put over a gigantic plate of nachos.

Brisket - Burned on the outside and on the inside, all just pure fat and cholesterol.
