It looks like it wasn't cooked in the middle. If your cake is coming away from the edges of the tin, it's a good indication it's cooked, also you can poke a skewer in the center and see if it comes out clean. Don't open and shut the oven door several times checking, just give it the time, trust the process and then test to see if it's cooked xx
