I made some lemon cornmeal crisps Saturday evening and they were excellent, very crispy texture. I don’t bake as often as I used to because I’ll gain weight if I do.

@Bri89 No not really. I think it might have been a regular lemon crisp cookie recipe and cornmeal was substituted for half of the flour.
