How do you like your bacon?

Crispy with a fried egg in a sandwich with HP brown sauce. Yummy

I generally like thick cut bacon, so on the edge of crispy is my preference. Though I do enjoy a crispy slice of thin bacon on occasion.

As a kid my mom would always overcook bacon and ruin it, so I like mine just done enough
