As someone who was born in Pakistan I can tell you that due to Pakistan being an Islamic Republic the sale and consumption of alcohol by Muslims is strictly prohibited and punishments for them being caught drinking or being drunk can be quite severe. However hotels in areas frequented by tourists may and do sell alcohol to non-Muslim foreigners with the strict rule of only drinking within the hotel and not outside as even foreigners Muslim or not can get in trouble for drinking alcohol.
However due to the corruption in Pakistan (and usually if you’re a foreigner) and if you have enough for a bribe you can usually get away with it

I asked via search engine, "is alcohol banned in Pakistan?"
Yes, alcohol is banned for the majority Muslim population in Pakistan, but non-Muslims can legally purchase it in certain licensed establishments. However, illegal alcohol is still consumed in private settings.
Hahahaha you can get ANYTHING there.

They still have other religions besides Islam and tourism
Silpa18 · 18-21, F
@Monaschandroff86 Yes but in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, a nation of more than 200 million people, non-Muslims make up about 3-4% of the population. And Pakistan is never been known to treat minorities especially religious minorities equal
