To people who live in the USA, do you ever order food through delivery? Maybe through either like doordash or maybe some a pizza shop or something?

Do you tip your driver?
And if you refuse to tip, regardless of the service or the quality/price of the food, what is your reason for not tipping?

I absolutely tip, and I tip well.

I delivered pizzas for Dominos pizza for 7 years. I have multiple waiters and waitresses in my family and friend groups.

Always tip, and always tip a minimum of 20%-30%

I order Chinese delivery. Yes... I tip.

If a owner/manager things you're going to get tips for your job... they will pay you less. That's the American way. (Source: I used to deliver pizzas in the early 90s and we made less than the cooks).

we used to order pizza and the pizza shop delivered but now we are too far out of town
Yes, but not through Doordash. The restaurant delivers, and we tip them.
I tip based on distance not price of food

I never order food delivered. Too expensive. I have a decent income. I just have a habit of being frugal with money. Dinner for me is often something like scrambled eggs, beans and tortillas. Then maybe half a can of peaches. A glass or two of red wine.
