What's you favorite pork?

Pork loin -- because of beef prices we started using it in place of beef and actually like it better.

My personal favorite is ALL of it, except the salami and the pork chops and the brats. 🤣🤣🤣

Aside from bacon, how could you possibly have left the best pork cut ever off of that list? Baby back ribs, man. Baby back ribs.

I actually prefer well smoked pork butt, the dry chewy bits.
