Any ideas using country sausage gravy?

I saw an online video recipe with buttermilk biscuits and country sausage gravy and it looked so good. I happened to see a can today in the store, and was not looking for it. I don't recall ever seeing it before. Any other ideas to use it in addition to with biscuits?
I was thinking over white rice and add some chicken too and peppers like a casserole..?

It's good with sausage bits on those biscuits too. It's also the makings of cream chipped beef. Put over toast and you have SOS.
I actually made some from scratch a few weeks ago for the first time. I didn’t have any biscuits so I put it over egg noodles with some sautéed spinach

@Baybreeze it was tasty, but very rich. I’ll use less cream or more milk instead, next time
Home made is better. It's very easy to make.
Experiment.
I can sit down with a box of crackers and bowl hot gravy and that's movie time. Just munchie food! 😆
