@NativePortlander1970 it tastes amazing. I've had pizza of all types (even authentic, wood fired, artisan, etc) and nothing tastes better than PJ to me . Lol

@DearAmbellina2113 From the late 80's to mid 10's, I have made and portioned dough with four chains and two independents, one chain is upper midwest famous for operating out of a gas station. Anyways, they must use a super yeast because when it warms up after 24 hour cold proofing, it rises like it is being inflated like a hot air balloon while trying to put it through the sheeter before panning.
