Why are you expected to have a liquid mixed with cereal?

depends on the cereal I suppose. Cheerios, C'apn Crunch are snackabke. I wouldn't do Wheeties or even Rasin Bran without milk.

Too many carbs in cereal but i love it dry, especially Wheaties. I used to like regular mini wheats but now all they makes is the frosred version.

Dry cereal is a great snack. Milk is almost always optional lol
