I wish I could eat fried chicken again. I can’t because it has milk in it. 😭😭😭

I'm allergic to specific preservatives within processed meat, so anything from deli to hotdogs to burger patties (unless natural) to luncheon meat will cause me to overheat and have other symptoms.

Can you not switch out the milk??? Water is an option, or you could use brine...

You can make your own fried chicken without milk though. Just use water in the batter
