I can’t get enough Ajvar

I brought several jars of homemade Ajvar home with me from Macedonia last month. I can’t get enough of it. If you eat it, what do you like putting it on?

It's usually eaten on bread as a spread with some local cheese if you can find that. (brined white cheese).
Best spread ever.

put ajvar and cream together with some salt and thyme and put it on pasta and meatballs. it's so good.
