I can’t get enough Ajvar

I brought several jars of homemade Ajvar home with me from Macedonia last month. I can’t get enough of it. If you eat it, what do you like putting it on?

It's usually eaten on bread as a spread with some local cheese if you can find that. (brined white cheese).
Best spread ever.
