Can u name a spice or seasoning that is used on meat 🍖

I’m baking chicken right now and I’ve put olive oil, minced garlic and rosemary on it. Towards the end of baking I’ll add some rosee sauce

I put Tony C's Cajun Seasoning on almost everything, much to my wife's dismay.

Spicy Montreal seasoning is terrific on steak. Sometimes I use a teriyaki marinade beforehand, but it's good with or without.

I use all kinds of different spices when making a dry rub steak. It can be fun to experiment with different spices and create different flavors. Cayenne paprika chili powder etc.

Anise seed. It's really good on pork chops. Also chicken. Never on beef.

Worcestershire sauce I use sometimes onion powder, cayenne pepper when I want a little kick or you can also marinate meat in wine it is also very good some Meats also use cloves

Lemon pepper I use only for fish, Montreal steak seasoning for beef

I usually add ginger ,garlic ,pepper powder ,along with butter and fried onions

Italian herbs blend.

Onions and garlic with mushrooms.
