Do you eat too much over processed foods?

Over-processed foods, often referred to as ultra-processed foods, are items that have been significantly altered from their original form, typically containing many artificial ingredients and additives. These foods are linked to various health issues, including obesity and chronic diseases, due to their low nutritional value and high levels of sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.

Yeah, possibly. It's hard and more expensive to eat fresh foods. I don't mean stuff on the picture but stuff like ham, salami, canned beans, canned fish, long-term stuff that contains all kinds of preservatives...
yeah but I make an attempt to read ingredients or nutrition and I can avoid the stuff that's worthless. some processed foods are more acceptable.
