I used to have it in Vodka.....but, I'm an alcoholic in recovery, so I don't do that now.
But, yes, I'll have a glass full for breakfast every morning....gotta have that fibre in there too...slows down the rate of the carbs use in the body.

@badminton But using a CGM will lower the A1C and give you constant real time feedback.
Glucose levels fluctuate, and testing by pricking the finger gives static readings and doesn’t show the fluctuations.
I have been able to eat and drink things I wouldn’t have touched before because I have more information.
