Which do you think is better: boneless or bone-in chicken?

Bone-in for flavor, but boneless if you are concerned with fat content.

Boneless. I don’t like obstacles while eating.

I prefer boneless because it's just much easier to eat, and I can keep my hands clean by using a fork. Forks don't work so well on bone-in chicken.

I've heard people say that bone-in chicken retains some extra flavor, and I don't doubt it, but I've also never noticed it myself.

Bone in meat tends to have more flavour. Boneless meat is easier to eat. It’s a trade off.

Depends how you cook it. I love fried dark meat and wings bone in. If I'm putting it in a pita or flat bread I use boneless leg meat. Chicken Parm I pound boneless breasts thin, bread and fry.

With bones, it’s tastier and seems more crunchy even when we don’t eat the bones. I sometimes order boneless chicken but it’s a bit more boring.

Bone in is a pain in the ass to eat and more of a hassle to clean up after. For that alone I prefer boneless.

Boneless for me. IMO, just easier and cleaner to eat.
