What sort of 'milk' if any do you have in your diet ?

I don't have milk in my diet as a seperate food item. I can't stand the taste of it, hate the stuff.

So I wondered what sort of 'milk' if any do have in your diet?

Real milk from a moo cow, or fake milk from a plant, or some other kind of milk?

Do you believe it's essential for humans to have milk, or is it a toxic substance we shouldn't be consuming?

I like milk, it's just the older I get and less active I become, the milk just makes me fat, so I have cut it out of my diet for now, but I do love it and I think it taste great. I prefer "moo cows" milk and is about all I will drink.

@calicuz Get 0% fat milk, and enjoy.

I have 2% lactose-free cow's milk. No, I don't believe milk is essential or natural for humans to drink beyond infancy. No, I don't think it's toxic, and it's probably as good as any other animal protein for people who can tolerate it.

I've had to eliminate it (phosphorous content) from my diet (a post-surgery infection hit my kidneys), so I use Oat milk. I've come to like it quite a lot.

@exexec I never have anything on cereal - dry thankyou or not at all. Call me crazy if you like.
