What's something that instantly ruins a burger for you?

For me it's relish or raw onions.

@HeavenBesideYou or overcooked!

@samueltyler2 I like a well done burger. I’d take overcooked over undercooked any day.

@HeavenBesideYou as a former physician, I worry about undercooked and contaminated meat, on the otherhand, a nice juicy burger on a toasted bun is the best.

@samueltyler2 My niece is a quality control inspector at a meat packing plant and she warns us never to eat ground beef that is not well done.

@exexec I like my steaks more rare, but ground beef needs to be well done for me. Thanks for the confirmation from your niece!

@exexec it sort of depends where you get your ground meat from. If your supermarket great jfs it's open, it might be safe. My mom used the have me go to the butcher, buy a pound of round and have him grind it. There is a huge argument about irradiating food. In reality it doesn't cause the meat to become radioactive, doesn't spoil the nutritive value, but can kill e coli!
