What dish do you serve?

I would definitely serve a cold cut sandwich tray and a fresh fruit salad and make iced sweet tea. Being that it's so hot here.

Probably a smoked brisket with some slaw and a couple deep fried onions.

Well if the finger food was covered, I’d do maybe a curry and chilli con carne with a saucepan of rice..keep it on a hot plate for when they wanted some.

I don't get invited to these things often so i gotta make a good impression

Appetizer........Coconut Shrimp with a Pina Colada Dip.

Main.......beef and chicken and veggie skewers...Mediterranean seasonings.

Veggies....Grilled squash, zucchini, onion and bell peppers with olive oil, Oregano sprinkled on....balsamic drizzle and a fresh parm grated over.

Dessert...........would be up to the guests to bring.

Big thick, juicy cheeseburgers, dogs, chip's and dip.
Beer.

Hasty hots. They are made with French bread, halved lengthwise, and cut into small slices, spread with a mixture of mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions, and then broiled just until gold brown.

Pizza most likely. That I make. Or an appetizer with slow cooked garlic in olive oil with olives or capers poured over goat cheese that you smear in good crusty bread. People love it!

I make sure that those who chose to liquor up, can
