What is one food you cook that you always have leftovers of and eat the next day too?

I make apple walnut pumpkin custard fairly regularly, in a 10" x 14" pan...usually that lasts for an entire week or more. I like to make casseroles, for the same reason.

Chili

When I used to work a graveyard shift, I would always make large amounts of food to last the whole week because I would be just too tired to cook when I got home. I used to make Meat Loafs, large pots of Chicken Caldo or Chili, lots of foods I liked.

Mashed potatoes

Meatloaf, lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise, crusted salmon.

Lasagna.

Most everything I cook I cook for several days at once. Well, except for breakfast and lunch.

[@sw-question] if we have a joint for sunday lunch there is only mam and myself so we always end up eating the rest cold next day

Beef stew.

All of them. Idk why people make food and throw it away.

Creole dirty rice. I’m used to making a lot of it for when the sibs stop by.
