@ImpeccablyImperfect @slorollin You're both wrong! The egg goes on the bottom to absorb the grease from the sausage. If you two knew the first thing about sausageomics, you'd know this.

@slorollin Nope. This is the hill I will die on. The egg goes on the bottom to absorb the sausage grease. Without that, the bread gets all greasy.
