Homemade pizza and a cucumber salad

Tuna melt and fries

Red beans and rice from a can with a scrambled egg. It was really good.

A sandwich - veggie artificial salmon. It was actually pretty good.

Same as my breakfast, lunch and dinner... A chicken sandwich.

My appetite is shot, so I ate once today.

Just plain old meatballs and mash😁

A leftover salmon fillet and brussels sprouts I had previous roasted, with the addition of some fresh asparagus.
