I've had them several times and they were good. My only hesitation now would be due to the threatened status of amphibians.

store bought frogs could have ben frozen, or Frome another country. Like China,
wild caught is best.

@UnderLockDown it's all about how they are raised. If they come from a good water source, eating natural food, they are delicious...like chicken thighs. If they are farm raised in tanks, they taste like aquarium water 🤢
