@Gusman Yak stew? 🙃😆
Mentioned this because a certain food site said that yak isn't available in Australia! 😈
BTW it's Tibetan.

@DeWayfarer they'd have goat
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@SW-User actually they have beef there which I understand is more comparable than goat.
Yet apparently it does have a taste of it's own.
Sort of like beefalo is similar to buffalo.

@DeWayfarer goat is tender and sweet so good in curries!! I'm surprised to hear yak is like beef!
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@SW-User that's what I am hearing. Yet again not exactly the same. Probably like the difference between beefalo and buffalo. Which I have had both.

SW-User
@DeWayfarer how was the buffalo prepared, in a stew?
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@SW-User just the same as any meat. You can do steaks which I have had. Note both you are more likely to find in states like Wyoming.
