Cheese is so good

Of late I’ve been eating more salads. I often include shaved cheeses like Parmesan, Romano, Asiago.
But I used a variety , cheddar, white and yellow and pepper jack in my Black-Irish meatloaf.

I just had a toasted cheese sandwich made in the frypan wirh lots of crispy cheese round the edges. Was lovely.

Cheese is nice, I just wish we didn't have to take calves from their mothers to make it.

So many kinds, so little time.

Yes! I'm a total cheese addict. I can add cheese to almost anything, and even like cheese on my cheese.
