I threw together some Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta with what I had in the kitchen

It's decent but I didn't taste as I cooked, so I made it a teeny bit too salty. 😔 Any way to make it less salty? If it was a soup, I'd just drop a raw potato in there to absorb the salt, but this is a creamy dish so Idk.

Sounds delicious. Adding the potato is the best bet. Only other thing you can do is add some more cream. Maybe so very think chicken stock.

Agree, more cream is a better option in my opinion.

I would add garnishings such as fresh coriander, mint , stir fried onions or even chopped chillies to balance it out
