@Coralmist Do I have a favorite dish to showcase my creative culinary skill? No. I like the challenge of doing every dish well. It's fun. I noticed that I never taste the food while cooking to adjust the flavor. It always turns out just right. I eat alone but dinner is always a white tablecloth affair with well set crockery and cutlery, napkin, wine and water glasses right down to the music that complements the meal. Italian music for Italian food, Spanish music for Spanish food, Chinese music for Chinese food, etc.

@Lumberjack70 Something is quite seized up. I was rubbing over the spot that hurt with icy hot and felt a little bulge back there.
