I have never been one for pastries at breakfast but pretty much anything else I'd be happy with... fruit/yoghurt would be 'as well as' rather than on its own. A fry up is a rare treat. 9 times out of 10 I cereal.

Depends on my gut. Mostly tea. A mouthful or more of cold cereal with lactose free milk. Juice with my vitamins. If not working, sometimes good toast. Fig jam. Slice of cheese. Rarely pancakes with just Becel heart healthy margarine or plsin French toast. For breakfast for lunch: eggs, 2, sunny side up; slice of cheese; 2 plain toast; 3 Maple and brown sugar sausages or slicebof lunch meat. And milk flavored with Java or choc. sauce.

Two pancakes with maple syrup, two eggs over hard, 3 strips of bacon, crispy but not burned, and a large fresh squeezed oj.

Mostly coffee and a banana, but if I am going out to work hard on my farm then I do the eggs and bacon deal for the protein energy boost with coffee of course.

I usually have an English muffin with either cream cheese or peanut butter. If it’s not that, my second choice is Raisin Bran - original or with cranberries.

When I have my three daughters with me on weekends, on Saturday, I make scrambled eggs with extra sharp white cheddar cheese, served with toast; on Sunday, I make pancakes, served with sausage links.

Corned beef with poached eggs on rice. Add hot sauce and you're good.

Smoked salmon is divine.

My favorite breakfast. Over night oats made with oat milk, with berries and chia

Τoast, pastries & croissants and I'd also add cake/brownies.

For me, bacon and eggs with some hash browns!!

I would drift from a full British breakfast to Irish Eggs benedict with sides, or some combination. Breakfast is just about the most important meal as far as I'm concerned.
And, while these are my personal options, I would not eat them daily.

I'd like a few of these, lol

Smoothie

No breakfast on a usual basis. I do however eat Wheaties with milk and banana for lunch every few weeks or so.

I had about four cups of vegetables and 3 eggs so you got to remember some of us like to mix it up!

Usually oatmeal or cereal or yogurt and fruit, with coffee. Once a week bacon and eggs.

I like French toast with fruit, or veggies (I like a sweet or savoury version) or a breakfast sandwich

During the week I alternate between a bran cereal mixed with slivered almonds, chopped pecans and pépites, or cottage cheese. On the weekends it’s turkey bacon and scrambled eggs.

Salmon croquettes
Shrimp & Grits

Full veggie fry up.
Not healthy, but fuck that.
